I got my master degree in Science and Management of Nature in 2018 at the University of Bologna (Italy). My thesis was devoted to study the intraspecific variability in head shape of the western whip snake (Hierophis viridiflavus, Hierophis carbonarius), in Italy and adjacent areas.
Currently, I’m a PhD student at CIBIO-InBIO with a project that aims to integrate biogeography, morphology and eco-physiological analyses and predictive mechanistic modelling to address evolutionary dynamics of European vipers and assess their potential responses and persistence under climate change scenarios.
