I am an applied ecologist with a keen interest in understanding the effects of human-induced environmental changes on ecosystems. My research explores the biology and population dynamics of invasive species, the drivers of community assembly, and the impacts of anthropogenic activities on species communities. To address these topics, I employ advanced ecological modelling approaches, integrating field and computational techniques.
Over the course of my career, I have accumulated over 20 months of fieldwork experience in remote regions of Madagascar, Senegal, and Saudi Arabia. These activities have included conducting ecological studies, biodiversity inventories, and public perception surveys, often in challenging and underexplored environments.
